Born and raised in Brazil, Claudia had the opportunity to be transferred to US in 2001 and took it. Through several relocations due to her husband’s work, she gained experience in remodeling her different homes to her lifestyle. Inspired by seeking solutions that would enhance the quality of peoples’ lives, she decided to pursue a new career in Interior Design at University of North Texas.
With her broad experience the intricate processes of relocating, renting, buying, and selling she is able to help her clients to maximize the potential of their property. And, as a successful investor, she has the know-how to estimate all costs up front and the ability to recommend which properties are worth investing in.
